The Village Walk gated community is one of the most desirable complexes in Port Aransas. It is just a short walk or drive to the beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown. Relax by the community pool just steps away from the house or stroll down to the beach. Arnold Palmer golf course is just a few blocks away.

• The Ground Floor is made up of the living room, Kitchen/Dining Area and Master Bedroom and Bathroom. There is also a nice Porch outside with chairs to relax in.
• The Living Room has a large comfortable sectional couch to relax on and watch the large flat screen TV.
• The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities to prepare meals during your stay with a dining table for 8 and a breakfast bar with stools. There is also a convenient half bathroom just off the kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer.
• The Master Bedroom also downstairs has a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower.
• The 2nd Bedroom is upstairs and has a King Size Bed and a Twin Trundle Bed (2 twins)
• The 3rd Bedroom has a twin trundle bed (2 twins)
• The Upstairs Bathroom adjoins both of the upstairs bedrooms and can be accessed from both. It features a Tub/Shower Combo.
